I like people giving me compliments.
I like the scale going down,
I like all-time-lows.
20% skill:I like knowing what to do and what i am doing, looking things up at the internet and adjusting my techniques next time i use them.
I like the fact I can push my body of the floor 11 times now!(still 85 kilos)
I like that i can do 20 full situps with added weight (8kg) without getting tired.
I like the boxingbag flying all over the place now when i hit it HARD.
15 % concentrated power of willI like warming up on the bike with the 10-min drum solo of Phil Collins (on the beat).
I like having to heighten the weights on the machines before i use them.
I like being the most active person in the class/gym.
I like being able to do ONE MORE.
5% pleasure:I like the bodyfat shifting to muscle. I like the mirror giving me compliments.
I like feeling strong and young.
I like doing alternative sports, and actually not really suck at them.
I like the way gym-clothes fits (size M now) and actually look fairly good on me.
50 % pain:I like challenging myself to go all the way until my lungs gasp for breath and my muscles collapse, and then find myself restore within minutes thinking maybe i could have done even more!
I like rep-to-failure and collapsing on the floor.
I like to watch my arms glinstening with sweat.
I like hearing myself grunt involuntary under the weights.
I like finding a second wind.
I like challenging the class-teacher to up-the-ante.
I like being able to do all exercises without adjusting them for my size or activity level.
I like glancing down my body when i do a crunch and watching a smooth belly and actually seeing my toes as i stretch them out to intensify the exercise.
I like feeling my body sweat and feeling the tingling feeling of the sweat dripping of me.
