Alright another question has anyone ever smoked cream cheese, it says 3 hour's at 250 so I wouldn't do it by itself would have to be smoking meat

I have no smoking experience, but check out How To BBQ Right on youtube. He's a competition smoked amd seems like he's smoked everything.

I have not tried this I just saw it Online and as I usually gift my neighbors A block of cream cheese with my jalapeno pepper jelly on top with crackers I was wondering if the smoking might really increase the flavor it says it does not fall apart which I find hard to believe
