The dog was restless in the middle of the night and woke me up. I may have to take her jingling collar off when I am not getting a good deep sleep. Only a few more days of editing Book 2 and it will be done. I am gradually lowering my carb count with each passing day to get back on Atkins seriously within a month or so...

Glenn- I'm sorry that you didn't sleep well last night. Getting closer and closer to publishing those books. Glad to see you getting back onto Atkins my friend. Have a blessed evening and hope you sleep better tonight.

Hi Cindy - tonight I work and am up all night. Book 2 just needs a few scenes added to make the book a bit more realistic and then it is done! I will do the western next. It is a long book and I hope to spend no more than two months fixing it. I have to pick a date to send out the letters to agents in March. Then it will be onto Book 4, that will be like eight short stories in the fantasy/sci-fi genre and I hope to take no longer than two months typing it up and editing it, it was written in paper notebooks in longhand, that is how I write first and then later put it in the computer. It is more time consuming that way, but I find the books get written better if they're done that way, at least for me. My typing is getting better so maybe after five or six books I will just type everything in first... the dog is sort of on a night schedule like me, she is a good dog though and barks if someone is at the door but is otherwise quiet. I am slowly getting back onto Atkins, I hope to take enough Calcium, Vit C, Vit E, B complex, Potassium and Magnesium so that I don't have Charlie horse muscle cramping... have a good evening Cindy...

Oh, yeah - you're right loosin' - but taking her out when I don't want to be in the cold is not good. The other morning I took her out at 5 a.m. and it was snowing and she was so excited, she just kept RUNNING around, back and forth, so sometimes she just needs to get that energy exhausted. She is a good pet, very smart and likes to look out the window - she'll go up to the sliding glass door and check out the sky usually daily or more. A little weather dog and when I'm taking her down the stairwell she frequently stops to look out the windows there - there are long windows on every floor so you can see outside from the floor up. It's cold now here, but in two months it will be warm out... thanks for checking in and the advice - I do need to walk her longer when I do take her outside...
