What a beautiful AND healthy looking family! :) I love to hear about your running. I haven't been on the treadmill in awhile...that's where I try to run. Gotta get back to it! Thanks for the inspiration!

Will running ever feel easy????? I am wondering the same thing myself! I am training for a 5K that's in 2 weeks. I feel like the breathing part of it is easier than it used to be, but it still kills me to pick up my pace a bit! I do love how I feel afterwards ... I guess it's the runner's adrenaline that they talk about! I feel great about myself - a great feeling of accomplishment! Somedays, my body doesn't feel too great, but my self-esteem does! Way to go! Not many people accomplish running a 5K in their lives! Especially after 3 kids! ;)

Whoever took that pic should be knighted.... they caught you all at your best - what a wonderful heartwarming and wholesome moment in time. Just wanted to say that I started running week before last... (me and the hound!).. and whoever invented running should be also knighted....then shot!!!! Good luck with the 5k...
