Trying to juggle schedule and exercise. I am not making time for the exercise, but I am doing ok on watching my food. I am good at tracking so far and this helps.
262.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
