Well today IS better at work. I had a protein shake, and a special K hot cereal with quinoa, etc. Ick. And 2 carrots so far. Chicken and salad later.
So the next thing is, my boobs have lost 2 cup sizes and they look like folded socks!! What in the world?? What do I do for that, besides calling Dr. 90210? Anyone know any exercises or strategies? Thanks!

You can work the muscles under the boob area. Push ups and exercises with hand weights to strengthen the area. It can take up for a year after you finish losing weight for skins elasticity to go back to normal. But it does depend on genetics, age, how much you need to lose, etc. Strength training can change your body composition and help a lot.
