Thought I would lose more. one day weighed in at 194,another at 195,6. Still, this week I broke the dessert fast, has pizza buffet with C yesterday
and have had np major cheats. should be proud to be down 11 plus pounds in 6.weeks or maybe it is 7. okay onward and upward.... Dr downward
196.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
