ITs a surprise to be still jumping around. I have been soooo behaving myself. I guess the trajectory can never be expected to be straight line. I have noticed, my big walks are quicker more energetic and I bounce along quite fast... I haven't been in the gym running hard, as I was, because the weather's been too nice .. and frankly, I think we might backslide into more restrictions on outdoors stuff too with the delta variant surging unbelievably in London. So, I want to have as much outdoors as I possibly can every day. Having then said all of that - I wondered if any gain might be a bit of muscle. I see that my legs and butt look leaner and more firm... so perhaps all is not lost. I'd rather be lean and have a taught physique than be a skinny girl who wobbles with zero tone. So I shall not have faint heart, and hope that things readjust.
