I feel I am doing pretty good. Usually when I do a diet I never falter but it has alway been too harsh. This tie I am doing this with a friend and we are taking it at a slower pace. If we have a party to attend we will have that drink or piece of cake. But I find I am not as obsessed but it is still coming off just slower. This seems to be easy but I am not checking the scales daily. I have a life and it is not rushing to the finished line that I am worried about. I am pleased.
