The effect of denial...
Well I am starting over. I haven't gained back all my weight but about 15lb. I had a heart problem I am 67 yr. old and over weight but thought my health was ok. Just over weight. Anyways this new dr. said the inevitable I MUST LOOSE the WEIGHT!! This is not a secret!! But from January of this year I have been eating candy like it was vitamins. LOL If only!! Anyways I paid the price because the candy has bothered my stomach. I hate that feeling. So I am back once again. Also I do need to up my exercise. I really only walk. I decided to only do what would not cost me a fortune and as long as I am able I will walk. I just need to walk more. My first task is to buy a new scale. Then it is back to square one and once again work at getting this weight off. I have been looking for something sweet for the last week. So bought a whole bunch of fruit. I am just trying to replace the candy and once that craving finally leaves I will cut back on the fruit. Thanks for listening!!
