Not weighing in today. Still tracking. Not sure if I'll be biking, my lungs aren't so hot today. Still did strength training. Up to: 100 crunches, 75 squats, 30 leg lifts per leg and 30 pushups. Goal is to get each to 100 every morning.

Straight up beast mode right there. Just remember, if your body is telling you that something isn't right, listen to it. No point in making things worse. One day at a time.

hope ya get to feeling better ,, that's it no matter what we don't give up ,, I haven't lost weight in awhile feeling stuck but I'm not giving up

Wow! That a heavy exercise session!! :) Don't forget that each of those muscles have very different difficulty levels. If you get to 100 in each, some of them will be getting much more exercise than the others! :) Push-ups, for example are much harder than crunches! Also, be watchful for stress injuries after some time. If you start feeling joint pains etc, don't push it too much, give it a little rest until you feel better and then resume. I hope your peak flow returns to it's best soon! You're doing great! :)

One thing is for sure, you will definitely burn a huge amount of calories with that much exercise and also keep your metabolism high. :)
