I must admit I was a bit slack with my training this week. I suffered from headaches ....think it was work stressed related. ..lol.
Getting back today 100%. I caught a glimpsed of my silhouette in the mirror this morning and I can see Im shrinking.
Although I only weigh myself once a week I took another peek on the scale and whoopie I lost another .7kg. I lost 1.1 this weeknow I am fired up to do this.

My calves and quads are shredded today!

CIRCUIT TRAINING
10 Reps - Stationary Lunges (4kg)
10 Reps- Lateral & Front raises combined (3kg)
20 Reps -Crunches on swissball
REPEAT 4X

CARDIO
35 Min walking and running combined
