Only a 0.6 lb loss this week?

Hmm...

I'll take it!!!!!!!!

146.6 lb Lost so far: 80.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup, I've had at least three weigh-ins where I lost 0.5 lbs. Luckily, each time the next week I was back at a 1 lb. loss and sometimes even 1.5 lbs.! Keep up the great work!
