Commenced diet May 1st, and have maintained calorie intake under 2000 per day through the first 10 days and feeling alright with it so far.
Now hoping participation integrated with fatsecret will sustain my momentum to a point where I am comfortable that I have established a new regular dietary routine of food choices and portion control that I can live comfortably with on the long term.
