I changed my workout schedule beginning Valentine's day to include an short elliptical workout in the morning followed by a short set of calisthenics. In the afternoon after work I will be including what ever 20 minute workout Zuzana has for me from BodyRock.TV

You just gotta check out these results. I will be posting images as I progress. I am starting at 223.4lbs with a BMI of 28.5. I have been as high for my BMI as 30.2 which I am embarrassed to admit but today is the first day of the new me. I am on my way to super lean at 200lbs.

I am adopting the Paleolithic Diet and intend to find ways to fill my diet with things that are very good for me. My idea is to fill up my stomach with the good things so I don't even want the bad things like I've already eaten today. (Stupid Hershey's Kisses and Reese's Chocolate Egg!) GIVE ME RABBIT FOOD! I love it!!!
