100 gram drop vs yesterday... not much to write home about but at least the arrow faces in the correct direction.
yesterday was a pretty good eating day. Instead of an actual dinner I had soy yogurt with some nuts and coconut, oh and some diabetic chocolate flakes. then we had guests so I dove into the cheese platter. calorie and carb wise I think I stayed in limits.
so really only time can tell...
