This morning i did a on demand workout for 29 minutes called last chance. Lately i've been doing really good working out at least four days a week. But i haven't really been watching my eating habits. So this week i plan to step up on the dieting side. I'm ready to get this weight off i've set a goal of 15 pounds by the time my son is six months which is on March 25th !
