I'll take it but not much better over a week with no bread, pasta or potatoes and only eating meat and veggies, barely a change in weight or how I feel
139.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
