I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED. .6 LBS in one day? Here's hoping it was water weight. Either that, or Pei Wei is LYING about the calorie amount in their chopped chicken salad. It might have had a lot of sodium, but I would be surprised considering I didnt get the dressing...hmmmm. Guess I will be working out hard tonight!
