Fresh baby spinach (4 cups), thin sliced deli turkey (4 slices), and mustard (instead of dressing) has been my go-to food of choice after working out for a a couple of weeks. Not entirely certain why but it’s been a craving. *Nah, not pregnant, before I’m asked. Probably due to the more summer type weather here so not wanting to cook. Not many calories in post workout but filling and tasty. I’ll amp up the food later. ‘Cause that’s what I do.
Workout Run, hike, then finished up with weights.
Pizza Friday is a given.
