Not as good as I should have been this weekend.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, I need to start putting in some exercise and I know things will move in the right direction faster. Juggling too many things at the moment. I need to evaluate some things in my life and focus on the most important ones.
