Hello fellow Fat Secret dwellers! :)

Today I have forgotten to take my waist reading. It feels like such a long tinme without exercising... But hey, it'll all be back to normal in a few days once I start :) I'm guessing that I'll probably have to go back a couple of days in the Ab Massacre counting from where I was. When I stopped, I could already do 100 crunches in one go. That was what? One week ago? hmmm Maybe I can still do it lol. After all, when I was weight training, I sometimes had 7 day recovery between sessions so maybe it's not a problem... But I sure miss indoor cycling! It's the whole experience, not just the exercise itself lol - pedaling while watching my YouTube subscriptions and the sun coming through the window. It's a nice experience as a whole lol. :)

Today I ate like a bear. Speaking about bears, I've seen an amazing (beautiful) documentary called "Human Planet" and I've learned about this US town "Churchill" which, at one point of the year, is visited by polar bears!!!! They have to have a man patrolling the streets with a truck and also bear traps with seals. But they go about their lives without fear. I'm absolutely astonished. I would honestly freak out if I was in that town lol. Brave people!

edit: I had gotten the name of the town wrong :P I had to correct that lol

A person who can do 100 crunches at a shot? Have no fear, that bear would run from you! I will try and catch the "Human Planet". Disney just did a high budget documentary about bears, it is in the theaters. Beautiful!

In switzerland they once had a few brown bears on the loose in a small village! I never heard how it ended but they were debating whether to catch them or chase them away somehow. And here we had a shark in the swimming enclosure along the strand a while ago! I find the thought pretty freaky too though but according to the experts it wasn't a people eating shark:O;-) but still it was a shark and I swim in there with my babies!!!

Oh and you'll be back in no time when I had my 4 day break I could continue without too much more effort than before. I'm behind again too for some reason I did 130/58/70 2 days in a row. I've definitely lost my time zone advantage!

We had the problem a year or two back in NJ ... They are so cute but prefer to see them on TV.

njashka8 I would not swim with sharks- it is crazy. No, we are not part of their normal food chain (DUH)…but all divers carry knifes and things to stun them back. Sharks that have attacked have gone for swimmers and snorkelers more often than divers, as sharks tend to feed near the surface, shallower waters. Divers are deep and not easily mistaken. I guess the guy that ends up missing a leg in the "freak attack" would have a very different opinion of the safety of sharks and swimmers! you are wise, stay out of shark water unless they are the itty bitty ones. Heck, you can pet those!

Ahahah Thank you very much MrsRatfire! :) When I started out, I could barely do 30 crunches but this muscle apparently adapts very fast lol. That documentary must be nice! ;)
