Weighed myself this morning, and found I was 18 and 3 quarters stone. If my math is right, that's 261.3lbs.

I did finally get my new exercise bike. It took about an hour or so to unbox and set up. I was sweating buckets and utterly exhausted just putting it all together. I used it for about 4 minutes on a somewhat hard setting and was quite satisfied.

However, the bike seat is monumentally uncomfortable to the point at which it's painful, so I have to pad it with a big triple-wrapped towel. I plan to get a gel seat cover to help with comfort. To add insult to injury, it moves forwards and backwards in a clunky sort of way which pushes you into an uncomfortable position. I'll get used to it, and as I lose weight, the discomfort and movement should be less of a concern. Gravity is not on my side right now. Lol

Still using the weights well though. Definitely feeling the muscles again. Feels good. Just wish I weren't so overweight, so I could actually see them defined like they used to be. Ah well. I have to concentrate on my goals, not the past. Just found my old bendy bar thing too, which is a bonus; I have no idea what it's actually called. :P

I have to laugh at this site telling me my RDI of calories is 4000kcal a day! Outrageous. I'm shooting for 3000kcal a day, maximum, which I've determined from past experience and what my body tells me. TBH, I'm really shooting for 2000kcal a day, but if 3000kcal happens now and then, I'm not bothered; I'm trying to listen to my body, not just my whims and desires. I'm really pushing hard at weight loss, but if I see signs of my overdoing it, I'll slow down.
