I'm on vacation and we decided to take the family to Houston to visit with family down here. It's difficult to stay on course with the diet while here. Every meal is at a restaurant it seems. Since we are visiting (and I'm not much for pre-planning) all my grapes, apples, bananas, salads and other healthy snacks and foods aren't in the house. Doing my best.
