I feel good! decent work out last night and great eating yesterday made for good returns on the scale this morning. Hoping to keep it up and reach my first baby mile marker by next weekend, which means 9 days to lose 6.4 lbs...fingers crossed!!!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
