Pretty disappointed in myself. It was a rough food intake weekend for me. Hope you all had more will power than I did. Even though I stayed with in my calorie intake I can feel every bit of what I ate right in the places I was feeling so good about last week. :( However I am VERY determined to get right back on track starting today. And my goal at the end of the week is to not use the excuse "I was good all week." "It's the weekend." "I deserve it" Hope your all having a great day!
