I'm trying something new that seems to have broken me out of my long, exasperating plateau. I am alternating high calorie days with low-calorie, high-exercise days. Sometimes on the high days I gain net calories but on the low days I lose a LOT of calories and it balances out to about as much as I was doing daily when I was losing pounds steadily.
It helps that I just hooked back up with an old running buddy of mine, and we've been running together!

Isn't it great when you figure out a new thing that works for YOU! I, personally, love this method you are using. It works REALLY well and you can eat a lot more freely without feeling deprived!! Awesome job!
