So I didnt lose any weight from Saturday-Monday, but I ate out Saturday 2 out of 3 meals and ate junk during the Super Bowl, so I will take no change in my weight over having an increase! Now I just have to work extra hard this week...Saturday night is Valentines Dinner so I have to lose enough to make up for that bump in the road in advance.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
