Thanks, been stuck lately at a weight plateau. I could fix it easily if I made better choices, but I certainly am learning how to manipulate weight. I have still yet to focus in on cardio, that will be a game changer if I can't get anywhere on my calorie deficit efforts.

I understand.. I’ve been pretty much maintaining since the new year. I haven’t gotten motivated to get myself going towards my goal. How’s the job going? Still busy?

I was driving into work today and thought about the two things I like...The gym really near by and having weekends off. It is a very negative environment, not a place I wish to stay at, pretty much in the position to walk out anytime. Still focus on doing good work, and trying to create a positive experience for the staff working with me, but it is what it is. ICK

Everyone makes choices for sure, but I think if it were me and I could walk out of a situation like that, I would. Weekends and the gym are nice... but forty hours or more in a toxic environment isn’t enough of an offset. You’ve given it a chance....
