Overdid it yesterday and hurt my back because I lifted something too heavy :( I've been laid up all day. Painful and sad because it was a gorgeous day. I am on meds now and using a topical rub. I am hoping that I will be able to start up again in a day or two. Lesson learned ....I am not Superwoman ......YET! I hope everyone had a great day. Eating is going very well. Had a delicious greek salad this evening with a few chicken wings .... very tasty. I haven't had greek salad in a looooong time :)
oh, almost forgot ... I am 200 lbs today. 1 lb up. No issue with that. What goes up, must come down :)
