Not really losing too much weight, only about 4 pounds in three weeks but I am getting smaller. Today I got to tear the tags off of a dress I bought about one year ago that was too small on me. I couldn't even zip it up but not only did I zip it up this morning, there is also a little extra room. Feeling so happy today!

Not really losing too much weight?! 4 lbs in 3 weeks is excellent! 1 lb a week is considered the ideal. And? You fit into that dress sooo... GO YOU! =)
