Wow. Note to self: Just because it says 'Sugar Free' doesn't mean it fits well into my diet. I bought snacks for the guys at the firehouse today because that's what RATs do; so I bought them two pies, and decided to have a slice of Sugar Free Lemon Pie for myself. I come to find that the piece of pie was 330 calories (8pts) and put me over my limit for the day. Bummer. I'll try not to make that mistake again.
