You know, it's not easy to loose weight! I gained 25lbs AFTER I had both of my girls...thats 25lbs each. I gained 50 lbs in a 7yr time frame and I was never motivated to loose it! But now im excited to loose, Im going through alot in my life and I realize that the change needs to start with me. Thank you all for the support given, it is greatly appreciated <3
169.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
