I didn't do well after I finished up my yesterday.i don't what I didn't Judy go to bed . So almost everything I set for breakfast I really ate at 1:00 in the morning. I normally would not gave logs it. I did log it but put it on today. I figure that is not what you want me to do, but we will see. I am going to try and eat less today. I wanted to sleep in, but I am up at 7:00. I am definitely not hungry right now. I am having a cup of coffe. I put doen my egg breakfast, but am not going to eat it until I am hungry. I know I should have just went to bed last night and not eat. At least I didn't order a dessert pizza and cookie from papa johns. I need to stop eating my emotions.
10:00 breakfast
12:00 ride bike 15 moderate
2:00 chicken and veggies
6:00 was going to eat half the protein bar on my drive to guys house I am kind of dating then ate the other half too
9:00 ate all the other crap. Stromboli, two small bags of chips, and two ice cream. I was out of control. I just didn't want to stop eating.
