Phase 2 is MUCH slower than Phase 1 & it is also a learning process to figure out what complex carbs you & can & cannot eat. Add the carbs back 1 at a time & observe how your body reacts to them. Some carbs may make you more hungry & some may cause your weight to stall. You will learn what you can & cannot eat & use that info hopefully for the rest of your life.
My main tip for Phase 2 is PATIENCE!!
