Thank you 🙏 it’s interesting ... I took a day off the gym yesterday as my Tuesday session was so horrible .. we had to wear a mask during workout 🙄🙈 So no exercise yesterday .. I feel I flactuate so much because I work out pretty hard ( weight training ) and I always weigh more the next day , without fail .. going for a walk and prawns for lunch Happy Easter 🐣🐥🥂

I find the same thing. Always at least 500g heavier after a gym session. I think it’s water rebalancing so I don’t think bunch about it. Well done though🙂
