I don't know what is happening, except that I am retaining water. I have been following my plan fairly closely and I usually don't go over 1700 calories and I exercise. So! How on Earth do I keep gaining weight! It is so frustrating!
OK, well as Dori said in Finding Nemo, Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming.

Maybe you need to change your exercise routine and include things a little more rigorous, like using an eliptical, pilates, yoga, spin, etc... You burn up to 275 calories in an hour of pilates, 380 for an hour of yoga, and approx. 300 calories for 30 minutes on an eliptical.
