Day after tomorrow is my 7th day of maintaining this diet:) I am so tensed that I gotta meet my scales...god!!! Wish...I'd lose a pound atleast...so that I would feel all encouraged and would stay on this diet fr a long time until I meet my 55kgs aim! bless me god:)
