It was super easy. Bake spaghetti squash and then shred. While it is baking I mixed seafood; spinach; mushrooms and artichoke hearts in butter and sautéed. When they were done I added sour cream and cheese and made into a sauce with spices of choice. Then added sauce to spaghetti squash and topped with a little more cheese and baked for like another 10 min.....

I’m definitely going to have to make that... I have some scallops in the freezer and a spaghetti squash in the pantry. Think I know what’s for dinner on Saturday! Thanks for sharing!
