So I am down again today and a little more so I am pretty excited that it is going so well. I just have to get to my goal by my birthday and hopefully I will be able to maintain. I really like the CAD because I have something to look forward to and the comp meals are good too. Just avoiding snacks it hard but not impossible. Have a wonderful day everyone.
