It is weird but the more I exercise the more I crave salty carborhydrates. why is that? I really need to get a handle on what I snack on. I am doing well with my meals ; but the SNACKS!! I have to stay out of the chip section when I go to the grocery store. by not buying them I will generally maintain not eating. Oh well back to the grind.
