El virus m ayudo a rebajar. no hay mal por bien venga. he bajado las porciones de comida y el interes de no sobre llenarme. se que es un virus. me tengo que cuidar cuando vuelva a curarme. la alimentacion y prociones y el tipo alimento es clave. el % grasa se ve que bajo entiendo como 1.5%.
