3.5lb down. Not bad for my first week back.
I know that the big drops are always mostly water, but weight is weight. I missed getting my longer walk in twice this past week, due to terrible IBS flares. And I had dessert four times this week. Definitely not helpful for weight loss. But it's a new day, and I've already walked almost an hour so far today.
I'm hoping to be able to get outside a bit this week, as we are actually going to have some decent temperatures for the first time in ages. I'm still hesitant to consider doing my walks outside as I am a huge klutz and there is still a ton of ice everywhere.
