Well today is day 8 of going to Curve's and I am so excited to go today and work out. I haven't felt this good since I actually can't remember. I have so much energy and I can even walk faster going into the store and around the store and out.Well went and got spring water and unloaded the van and than I went to Curve's and got my workout and I just love it. Got home took out the trash which is exactly 219 steps from house to dumpster so I got in an extra 438 steps. So tomorrow is my last free day but they are having a food drive next week so that takes care of the joining fee. So I will make sure I get all my stuff in place and I am going to keep going.

Ya it does. I seem to find a reason to go to a store just to walk it. Mostly shopping the vegetable isle and going for light and fit yogurt. But I get a good fast walk through the store and no ice and snow to worry about. I feel like I could run a marathon but I know at my weight that would probably kill me. Lol

I like walking through the mall and I don't mind walking through the grocery store either - I can get a fast pace going and then the other night I ran through Walmart lmao. You'll be able to run a marathon soon though :)

I'm loving it too !!!! Are you doing the Smart with the little chip you load into the scanner while you workout on that machine? I love this, Curves didn't have it the last time I was a member. Tells me at the end how many calories I burned and how to improve my workouts. My upper body strength is AWFUL !!! Haven't tried Jillian yet. Got to get some muscle and strength first. SO glad you are liking Curves too !!!
