Its really stupid, but so tasty. You just need to have a sourdough loaf and cut it most of the way down. I did a mixture of mozz and parm with garlic and italian seasoning. Stuff it in the slits. Melt some butter and drizzle over it. Wrap in foil, bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
