well I have finally began my workout routine at the fitness center. I was there for 2 hours which is good for me. I hope that I can continue to workout for 2 hours 4 time a week. My new goal is to loose the 30 pounds by May 2014. that means 2 lbs per week. uggh... that will be a challenge considering I have only lost 1 pound the first 2 weeks. I think I am doing well with maintaining my caloric intake. recording all my meals enables me to identify my weakness.
