Tracking my calories is helping me be more mindful about how I eat. I hope that continues. If it doesn't then I'll try something else. I'm feeling like I can do this slow and steady weight loss and I'm happy about that.

I completly agree! Come dinner time, It gives me a cut off to where I normally would eat my dinner and whatever else was left after everyone ate, lol... Woops! But it's all good, the scale is starting to go down in just 1 week I can already tell a difference on how my clothes are fitting. So can't complain here... ( not now anyways :) )
