BMI is still high - 27. According to the chart I am extremely overweight. The charts say that the average BMI for my height is 24.

The Weight Calculator says that I should be between 111 and 131lb for my height and age. That would give me a BMI of 24. Still well into the healthy range. However, the thought of having to lose another 30 - 40lb is not too encouraging.

I was hoping to be in the 'healthy' range at 145.

I am losing an average of 6 - 8 lb a month (not counting January. That means that if I work hard for 6 months, I'll be 120. If I don't work hard - I won't be. And, of course, that is if I don't start slowing down on the number of pounds I lose in a month. I expect that it will get very difficult to lose those last 10-15 lbs.

I'm not changing my goal yet. 145 is manageable. It is a target that I can see myself achieving.
