Well this week was rough with me. I started phase 3 but then it didn't seem like i am losing any weight instead i gained weight. I don't seem to have the time in my day to work out w/ a 6 month old who constantly needs mommys attention. Last night i tried for the 1st time to use my biggest loser work out dvd but then she was screaming. So I am going to start on monday all over again and start w/ phase 1.
