I'm doing well, exercising 30 minutes a day first thing in the morning, eating oatmeal for breakfast, healthy snack, cold cut sandwiches, healthy snack and a healthy dinner, I still enjoy a coke or two a day. I plan on taking on some running when it warms up. Felling good, but if I don't one day I just need to listen to the Ipod to get me in the mood:)
